Our team

Ryan McEachron was born and raised in the High Desert. He graduated from Apple Valley Senior High School in 1991 and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University in 1995. Ryan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ISU Insurance Services ARMAC Agency in Victorville. Ryan is also a member of the Victorville City Council and was elected to office for the first time on November 4, 2008. He served on the Victorville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for six years and served as the Chamber Chairman of the Board in 2000-2001 year. As well as his involvement in the Chamber, Ryan is involved in many other community organizations such as the Victorville Rotary where he served as their president in 2004-2005. Ryan’s leadership has earned him appointments to various positions such as the Victorville Planning Commission (2001 through 2008, Chairman of the Planning Commission 2004 – 2008), Desert Mountain Education Advisory Committee (2002 through present) and the San Bernardino County Workforce Investment Board (2000-2002). Ryan was elected to the Victorville City Council November 4th, 2008.

Tami Pickens has been a resident of the High Desert since 1974 where she was born at St. Mary’s™ Hospital in Apple Valley. She graduated from Apple Valley High School in 1992. After graduating from high school at 17 she then moved to Scottsdale, AZ to attend Scottsdale Culinary Institute where she obtained her cooking degree. After getting in a serious car accident in 1994 that stripped her of the ability to continue in the cooking industry Tami joined the family business in insurance. Tami now serves as the President here at ARMAC and has been with the company since 1995. She has a wide variety of experience in all fields of insurance and has obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. She manages all divisions here at ARMAC as well as oversees our office in Alhambra. Tami specializes in Commercial Insurance, Professional Liability, Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, and all Personal Insurance Products.

Barbara McEachron has been by the side of the Chairman, Ross McEachron from the very beginning. Their love for each other as well as for their children have been a great part of the growth of the company. Barbara’s family grows every year as ARMAC hires new employees as she is ARMAC’s office mom! She is greatly appreciated for all that she does especially when she issues the paychecks. At the end of 2008 Barbara obtained a new baby in her life, Angel. Angel assists Barbara in the day to day accounting operations of the business.

Jessica Stewart is our Vice President of Sales and a Commercial Lines Account Executive at ISU Insurance Services – ARMAC Agency. Mrs. Stewart joined ARMAC Agency in May of 2004 and will work hard to save you money and maintain your policies. She is always researching access to new companies to help better serve your insurance needs. She specializes in making sure claims are handled correctly and with care. Prior to joining ARMAC, Jessica worked for State Farm Property and Casualty as a customer service representative. Mrs. Stewart is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health Insurance. She obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2008. Jessica also teaches the Personal Auto and Personal Residential Courses through the National Alliance for Insurance Education. Jessica is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys hiking and adventuring outdoors with her husband and 2 sons.

Jennifer Britzman has lived in the High Desert since 1992. She lives in Pinon Hills with her family and many animals. She has horses, cows, chickens, dogs, and cats. She enjoys riding horses, spending time with her immediate and extended family, and learning as much as possible. Jennifer is the Account Executive and Benefits Manager here at ARMAC. She has a degree in business and likes to use that knowledge base as a way to help her clients manage their insurance policies in the best way possible for their business. She is involved in community events and charity work. Jennifer specializes in Employee Benefit programs, Life Insurance, and Individual Medical policies.

Marina Arellano moved to the United States in 1986 from her native country, Nicaragua. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1993 and joined the ARMAC family July of 2002. Marina moved into the Office Manager position in 2006, she is now Senior Account Manager and has made it her goal to maintain a high level of great customer service that the ARMAC clients in the Los Angeles area have grown to love. Marina is a licensed Property and Casualty agent, holds CISR designation and speaks Spanish fluently.

Marina relocated to the High Desert area in 2019 where she now lives with her 3 boys and works at the ARMAC Victorville location. She presently helps manage the personal lines division.

She is a devoted and loving mother of three boys and her personal goal is to provide the best possible education for her them as well as being there for them in their life changes.

Haley was born and raised in Apple Valley, Ca. She is the youngest of 5 children. She is an aunt to 4 nieces and 2 nephews and loves every minute of it. She enjoys biking, hunting, fishing, and singing.

Haley joined ARMAC in 2020 after some friends encouraged her to enter into the insurance industry. She got married in 2020 and is currently the mother of a black labrador retriever. She is working towards her Associates at VVC. She loves learning new things and is really excited about a career in insurance.

Haley is now a Commercial Lines Account Executive at ARMAC.

Autumn started working for ARMAC Insurance in high school doing administrative work for a few years. After graduating High School she became an agent for the Commercial Lines Division in 2019. She currently handles her own book of business as well as assists Tami Pickens in the day to day operations.

Tonja is a loving wife and mother of a son. She has lived in the High Desert since 2004. She loves spending time witih family traveling and camping in their RV. She has spent many years in the lending industry and joined the insurance industry in 2019.

She currently works in our Benefits Division and is responsible for all aspects of group health insurance as well as individual health insurance. She is the personal assitant to Jennifer Britzman and looks forward to helping you with your insurance needs.

Kelli Firestone was born and raised here in Southern California. She grew up throughout the area, from the Inland Empire to the High Desert, and currently lives in Hesperia, CA with her Husband of 22 years. They have one daughter who is 20 years old, and lives in Hesperia also.

After many years of experience in various Customer Service positions, Kelli began her career as an Office Manager for an Inland Empire based Energy Management Company in 2006, where she worked for 15 years. When the Company merged with a larger Corporation, based out of Washington in 2021, she found herself looking for a new position, and a change.

Life Insurance was always of interest to her, and after returning to CA from a long trip around the US with her family, she began studying for the CA Life Agent exam. She earned her license in Nov 2021 and started working for Farmers Insurance in Hesperia in April 2022 as the Agency’s Life Insurance Agent. In June 2022, she also received her CA Property & Casualty License and became a Farmers Personal Lines Agent.

She joined the ISU ARMAC family, soon after, in December of 2022, and is now a Commercial Lines Account Executive. Since starting with ARMAC, she has also earned her CA Notary Commission and still specializes in and is passionate about, Life Insurance, as well. Kelli is very happy to have found a home with ARMAC and looks forward to furthering her knowledge in the Insurance industry, while providing our Clients with exceptional service.

Anne grew up in Thailand that is also known as the “Land of Smiles”. She feels it is a foodie paradise as you have so much access to food at anytime. The architecture in her country is definitely something to see and she highly recommends visiting for that reason. Anne moved to Los Angeles after she graduated from school. She comes from a very hard working family and is the youngest of 4 children.

Anne works in our Personal Lines Division as an Account Representative and looks forward to helping our clientele with all of their insurance needs.

Kelly Megan Giles joined the company in February 2026 as an Executive Representative and is now a licensed insurance agent. She is passionate about learning, embracing new challenges, and providing exceptional service to clients. Known for being friendly, hardworking, and organized, Kelly brings a positive and dedicated approach to her work. A lifelong High Desert resident, Kelly enjoys traveling, crafting, spending time with family and friends, and caring for her dog with her love, Eric, whom she has shared her life with since 2016.

Serenity was raised in Lucerne Valley by her aunt and uncle, who played an important role in shaping the person she is today. Growing up alongside her younger brother, she learned the value of patience, responsibility, and family support, values that continue to guide her both personally and professionally.

She joined the ISU-ARMAC team in February 2026, where she was introduced to the insurance industry. What began as a new opportunity quickly developed into a genuine passion. She looks forward to growing in her knowledge and helping her clients get the coverage they need.

Emma Pickens is the youngest member of our team, bringing a warm smile, outgoing personality, and genuine compassion to the family business. Born and raised in the High Desert, Emma has also traveled throughout the United States, giving her a love for people and new experiences.

After losing her mother at 14, Emma was raised by her great-grandmother, whose guidance helped shape her into the strong and determined woman she is today. She graduated high school early at 16 and went on to study criminal justice and law from the High Desert to Los Angeles.

At 19, Emma married Hunter, Tami’s son, and soon discovered her passion for the family business. In 2025, she officially joined ISU-ARMAC as Director of First Impressions, where her friendly and welcoming personality helps create a positive experience for every client.

Outside of ISU-ARMAC, Emma and Hunter are raising her younger brother while growing Hunter’s solar panel and window cleaning business.
