Sylvia Morales is a native to California. She is originally from South gate and relocated to the High Desert in 1996. She joined the ARMAC insurance agency as an Account Representative with 12 years of prior experience in customer service and the insurance industry. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has been utilizing her Spanish speaking ability to help communications with new and existing clients. Sylvia is currently a member of the ARMAC Insurance Education committee who’s goal is to promote and facilitate the One Responsible Source philosophy within the ARMAC agency with customer service training and continuing education thus creating a more professional and capable staff. Sylvia enjoys sharing her free time with her daughter, son and loved ones.
