Chrystal has been most efficient and cooperative in providing insurance services relative to the issuance of certificates of insurance for the many project owners and government agencies that RIC deals with.  Her immediate response to requests is very impressive and we look forward to future dealings with Chrystal and Armac as she makes insurance processing effortless.
