Tami Pickens has been a resident of the high desert since 1974 where she was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in Apple Valley. She graduated from Apple Valley High School in 1992. After graduating from high school at 17 she then moved to Scottsdale, AZ to attend Scottsdale Culinary Institute where she obtained her cooking degree. After getting into a car accident she returned home to Apple Valley and started her career in the insurance industry in 1995.

Tami now serves as the Chief Operations Officer here at ARMAC Insurance, has a wide variety of experience in all fields of insurance and has obtained her CISR designation.  She manages our commercial lines divisions as well as runs our Financial Services Division.

Tami specializes in Property and Casualty Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, and Annuities.
