Ross has been a resident of the High Desert for over 42 years. He graduated from Victor Valley High School in June of 1967. He started his insurance career in 1970 working for his father’s insurance agency in Apple Valley. In 1972 he attended the United States Fidelity & Guaranty School of Insurance in Baltimore, Maryland. He furthered his training while attending the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company School for Multiple Lines Insurance Sales in 1974. He continues his education and has earned designations from both the National Alliance and National Underwriter.

Ross serves as Chief Financial Officer and is majority owner of the company sharing stock with his 3 children. His expertise is in the property and casualty field and he assists the agency personnel with their underwriting needs.

Ross and his wife, Barbara, are active in supporting a number of philanthropic projects throughout the high desert.
