Billie joined the ARMAC Family in June of 2002 with no experience in the insurance business. With determination she was soon processing renewals, cancellations, memos and numerous other tasks.

With the help of her superiors Billie realized ARMAC’s need for a proficient receptionist. Billie caught that vision and now prides herself in the art of receiving clients. Her goal is to make certain that each person who comes into the office is treated with consideration and respect. Billie knows the importance of making each new day an opportunity to be taught and to teach, while preparing potential clients for an opportunity to protect themselves and their assets with ARMAC’s products.

Though unlicensed, Billie considers herself a professional in her field, functioning as a team member along side of her comrades.
